Return Policy

Performance Guarantee:  Our goal is the same as yours – to improve your quality of life! If you are not seeing results after using Flyte daily for 6 weeks (or at any time before that) please contact our free Ask A PT service to answer questions and discuss options to help achieve your goals. We want you to have the benefit of all tips and potential options to enhance your outcomes so please use our free service to speak with our pelvic floor physical therapists as our Performance Guarantee return is only available to customers who have engaged with our Ask a PT service in the first 6 weeks of treatment. If you are not fully satisfied after 12 weeks of therapy and after discussing your experience with our Ask A PT service, please contact Flyte Customer Care to initiate a return and a refund to your original method of payment. Performance Guarantee refunds must be initiated within three months of purchase. Once a Performance Guarantee refund has been approved, we will provide you with a return shipping label. Once the return has been received, we will process a refund of your original cost less the cost of the return shipping.

Product Warranty:  Flyte® comes with a 3-year product warranty on the controller and a 1-year product warranty on the wand that covers malfunctions and manufacturer defects. Please see our Product Terms & Condition Section 5 for full details. If you have any concerns regarding product defects, please contact Flyte Customer Care for troubleshooting. For warranty claims, we will cover the cost of return shipping and you will receive a replacement product. We will ship the replacement product as soon as we receive confirmation that the return has been picked up by the carrier.

Return of Unopened Product: Given the personal nature of our product we are unable to accept returns once the plastic on the box has been opened, except under the two special circumstances described above. To initiate an Unopened Product return, please contact Flyte Customer Care within 30 days of purchase for a prepaid return shipping label. You are responsible for properly packaging and shipping the product using the return label. We must receive the return within 15 calendar days of issuance of the shipping label, unopened and undamaged, with the original plastic on the box intact. If the product is not returned within these 15 calendar days, you surrender your opportunity for a return and refund. The restocking fee is 25% of purchase price for Unopened Product returns.

Once we receive the return we will issue a refund, less the restocking fee, to your original method of payment. Flyte® is not responsible for returns that are lost or damaged in transit.
