  • If you bought Flyte from Pelvital, you will receive a full refund of the price you paid for Flyte if you return the product unopened within 20 days of purchase and your receipt. Unopened means the shrink wrap on the Flyte box is intact. You must contact Flyte Customer Care for Return Material Authorization. Pelvital will provide a postage-paid shipping label. 
  • You will receive a replacement or refund of your purchase price if Flyte has a manufacturer defect and these conditions are met:
    1. The product is returned (with box, and Return Material Authorization number) to Pelvital. Pelvital will provide a postage-paid shipping label. No restocking fee will apply. Please contact Pelvital if you suspect there is a defect.
    2. Pelvital deems that the warranty is valid: Warranty does not extend to any products (a) that have been subject to misuse, neglect, abuse, improper cleaning, disinfecting, storage, accident, or that have not been properly maintained; (b) that have been modified; or (c) that have been disassembled, serviced, or reassembled by any party other than Pelvital USA.
  • You may return Flyte and receive replacement or full refund of your purchase price if the product is damaged in shipping (opened or unopened) and returned in original packaging within 20 days of purchase with receipt. Please contact Flyte Customer Care for a Return Material Authorization. Pelvital will provide a postage-paid shipping label. Pelvital will ship a replacement.
  • If you bought Flyte from Pelvital and you are unable to use the Flyte wand:
    1. To be eligible for return, you must contact Pelvital Customer Care by phone within 20 days of purchase.
    2. The device may be used or unused.
    3. The product is returned to Pelvital with receipt and Return Material Authorization number. Pelvital will provide a postage-paid shipping label. No restocking fee will apply. You will receive a full refund of the purchase price.

  1. To be eligible for return beyond 20 days, you must contact Pelvital Customer Care by phone within 4 months of purchase
  2. You confirm that you have used Flyte as intended for 5 minutes per day for 6 consecutive weeks and have not experienced improvement in stress urinary incontinence. 
  3. The product is returned to Pelvital with Return Material Authorization number. Pelvital will provide a postage-paid shipping label. No restocking fee will apply. You will receive a full refund of your purchase price.
