Request a Prescription for Flyte from your Healthcare Provider
Flyte is prescribed by Family Medicine and OB/GYN as a first-line conservative treatment for stress urinary incontinence and/or weak pelvic floor muscles.
To ask your provider if Flyte may be a good conservative option for you and request a prescription:

Option 1
Copy and paste the message below into a secure message to your provider in your patient portal (e.g. MyChart).
I am experiencing stress urinary incontinence (SUI) that is negatively impacting my life. I’ve learned about Flyte, an FDA-cleared, at-home medical device shown to treat SUI with results comparable to surgery in 5 minutes of use daily over 6 weeks.
Flyte is a first-line conservative treatment using a novel mechanism of action, with onboarding and support from pelvic floor specialists and growing insurance coverage. I believe it is an effective and convenient option for me.
Can you please prescribe Flyte for me?
Here are the prescribing instructions: https://flytesystem.com/pages/how-to-prescribe-flyte
I’d like to use this at-home treatment instead of pursuing specialty care, invasive procedures, or surgery at this time. Thank you for your time and support.
Option 2
Download information on Flyte to hand to your provider or upload into your provider’s secure patient portal.
What happens next?
When our licensed Durable Medical Equipment (DME) partners receive your Flyte prescription, they’ll check your insurance. If applicable, they will let you know any costs that are your responsibility before filling your prescription. Your prescription will only be filled with your approval.
