• Through our Flyte follow-up program, our customers can voluntarily opt in to receive and respond to surveys. Customers can opt out at any time by unsubscribing (at end of a Pelvital email).

• The Flyte follow up program allows Pelvital to gather important information so we can better serve you as well as enhance our products and services. Pelvital has partnered with Qualtrics to send, store and receive survey information. Qualtrics meets the highest standards of data security and protection. Many healthcare organizations and medical providers use Qualtrics. In certain limited circumstances, authorized Pelvital employees can grant specific Qualtrics employees who have appropriate regulatory oversight with access to some of your data. To these extents, confidentiality is not absolute, but safeguards including encryption are in place to protect confidentiality.
