Return Policy

Flyte is a medical device and due to the personal nature of our product, we are unable to accept returns other than returns under our warranty. 

Product Warranty:  Flyte comes with a 3-year product warranty on the controller and a 1-year product warranty on the wand that covers malfunctions and manufacturer defects of the physical device. Please see our Product Terms & Conditions Section 5 for full details. If you have any concerns regarding product defects, please contact Flyte Customer Care for troubleshooting. For warranty claims, we will cover the cost of return shipping and you will receive a replacement product. We will ship the replacement product as soon as we receive confirmation that the return has been picked up by the carrier.
