“Flyte is the only product I found that really helped with strengthening my muscles!”
Meet Anna
I started feeling weak in my pelvic floor muscles after the birth of my second child. I had an episiotomy during the birth of my first baby and I recovered just fine. However, with my second, the hospital said they no longer do episiotomies – they want you to tear naturally. I tore upwards, not in what’s considered a normal location to tear. They stitched me up, but I have not been the same since.
Right away I felt weakness in my pelvic floor, changes with my bladder, urgency, discomfort, and leaking with moving around and sneezing. It was stressful taking care of my babies and my bladder, constantly worrying about finding a bathroom when I left the house so I wouldn’t pee myself. I started looking for ways to help myself. I tried Kegel weights, Kegel balls, and Kegel trainers for a few years but none of it was helping me. My bladder issues continued to run my life. I didn’t give up and continued to look for ways to help myself. Meanwhile, I mostly stayed home and stopped activities that would cause issues, like running and jumping.
When I found Flyte, I loved that it was backed by research and medical professionals, so I felt confident in trying it. I scheduled an appointment with Flyte’s Ask a PT service to make sure it would help me, and they were great.
After 6 weeks of using Flyte, my bladder issues were completely gone – and it’s been over a year! Flyte is the only product I found that really helped with strengthening my pelvic floor muscles.
I’m really happy that I found Flyte because now I can keep my muscles toned. I feel stronger, I no longer have accidents, and I am no longer always running to the bathroom! Thank you Flyte for getting this part of my life back on track.
