You’ve already taken the first step to living a life without incontinence! No more buying pads, changing clothes, mapping out bathrooms, crossing your legs
and hoping no one notices.
Once a day for 5 minutes, for 6 weeks.
Charge once a week. The yellow charging light on the controller will turn off when fully charged. If there is no yellow light when you go to charge your Flyte, it is already charged and does not need to be charged more. You do not need to charge your Flyte wand.
We recommend a water-based lubricant. You can buy these at any drug store. Apply liberally to the Flyte wand and entrance of your vagina prior to inserting the wand.
Simply insert like a tampon. You can apply water-based lubricant to the Flyte wand and entrance of your vagina first. Insert the wand up until the 2 wings at the base of the wand. These wings should rest comfortably on the outside of your body against your skin, with the longer wing facing upward.
We recommend starting in the following position: on your back with knees bent and feet planted on the floor/bed about hip-width distance apart. You can prop your upper half up with pillows if more comfortable. Just be sure you can relax your body and muscles – you aren’t using your abs or clenching your leg muscles to hold anything up.
If it feels difficult to do a Kegel (or pelvic floor contraction) in this position, prop some firm pillows or yoga blocks under your hips so they are above your heart. This should make it easier.
If our recommended starting position feels too easy, try progressing to seated or standing. Connect with our Patient Support Team for extra guidance.
Everyone is different. However, most women see improvement within 6 weeks, and some women begin seeing improvements even earlier than that. We recommend you complete the full 6-week treatment.
Yes, but it is based on personal comfort. Do not use Flyte with tampons or menstrual cups inserted.
Life happens! Just resume as soon as you can. Consistency is more important than perfection.
